Clark Realty Management Wins AOBA Apartment Community Excellence Award for 3883 Connecticut Avenue

Bethesda, Md. — Clark Realty Management (CRM)* was recently honored with a 2003 Crystal Apartment Community Excellence Award for its Washington, D.C. luxury high-rise, 3883 Connecticut Avenue. The awards are presented by AOBA, the Apartment and Office Building Association, which is the leading membership organization representing commercial and multifamily residential real estate in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The special recognition award was presented to CRM as part of its 2003 AACE Awards Evening and Casino Night in Washington, D.C.

According to AOBA, the awards are presented as "an acknowledgement of excellence within the apartment industry in metropolitan Washington. The award-winning communities demonstrate the physical qualities, marketing achievements, and management caliber necessary to be called one of the best in metropolitan Washington."
