480-Unit, LEED® Silver Mixed-Use Community Across Two Buildings

Halley Rise is 480-unit mixed-use podium development in Reston, VA consisting of two towers over a shared, above-grade parking garage. Both towers consist of five stories of wood-frame construction, with one tower wrapping around seven stories of precast parking. Halley Rise offers amenities such as fitness rooms, lounges, bike storage, and a pet spa. The community also features a third-floor courtyard with a pool and grill area, and more than 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
