Ovation at Arrowbrook

Ovation at Arrowbrook is a six-story mixed-use apartment community located near the future Innovation Center Silver Line Metro Station and the Center for Innovative Technology in Herndon, VA. This project consists of 38,000 square feet of community retail and 274 affordable apartments, including 55 three-bedroom units and 15 handicap-accessible units.
