Scout on the Circle

Scout on the Circle is a 400-unit mixed-use apartment community comprising two six-story buildings, a pad for a Giant grocery, and extensive retail. The project's large, complicated site presented extensive dry utility challenges throughout the multi-year preconstruction process. Scout on the Circle's studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units feature high-end finishes, including quartz countertops and EnergyStar® appliances. Amenities include courtyards, a swimming pool, fitness center, club room, and pet spa.
